Brushtail Can Provide The Answers!

Brushtail's refclicker module is an electronic tally sheet for collecting valuable statistics on short service reference and general information queries. The refclicker module is a means of efficiently recording an inquiry received at a service point whether it be in person, phone, email, online/chat or any social networking channel.

Statistics

As the refclicker module collects statistical information electronically it frees up valuable staff time required to tally the monthly totals. With Brushtail's refclicker module, tally summaries are readily available for each individual service delivery point and inquiry type by Year, Month and Day. All tally totals can be exported directly as a CSV and imported into electronic spreadsheet programs such as MS Excel. In addition, the comprehensive audit trail provides opportunities for in-depth analysis of service delivery on an hourly basis.

Configurable

The refclicker module is fully configurable to accommodate the wide variety of methods that each library service use to record inquiries requiring staff knowledge and assistance. RefClicker allows for the creation of inquiry types, locations, service desks and the preferred method of recording service delivery (Live - as services are delivered, or in batch mode.)

Access

All service delivery points with an internet connection can have access to the refclicker module. RefClicker can even be accessed on portable PDA's which makes it handy for librarians on the move and interacting with the patrons.
