Padghams Appoints a New Director

Padghams is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sateesh Kumar as Director of Padghams India, effective from June 2009.

Sateesh commenced as the Resident Manager, Padghams India some four years ago based in Chennai. As the Resident Manager, Sateesh has established a strong team of professionals across the four Padghams Indian offices while working closely with Padghams Directors.

Sateesh Kumar has been involved in cost management of a wide range of projects across various sectors including buildings, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, residential and manufacturing. He also has specialised knowledge in contract modelling, selection of contract forms, contract procedures and conflict avoidance.

Qualified in construction economics and business management, Sateesh has considerable experience in the cost management profession, practicing in this field for more than 20 years in India and the Middle East.
